Using Instructions
The gauge is wiped down and cleaned before use. At the starting point of each channel, add two drops of the prepared pain reliever. By adjusting the scraper to a 90D angle, scrape it down on the Paint Channel blur. Not the micron number from the scale and also the Hegemann gauge number from the Hegemann scale. In this way we can determine the size of the pigments from which the paint is made.

This compact machine is designed for T.L.C. plates up to 250x300mm. This is also suitable for observing either fluorescence or quenching of fluorescence with either short U.V (254nm) or long U.V. Construction:- 
The external case is made of thick steel. Often with strong seamless welding & covered with a thick layer of epoxy-based polyester paint, which provides a strong, highly scratch & chemical resistant surface. The black inside finish of the cabinet prevents any reflection of the U.V. radiation, which protects the eyes. This dual wave mechanism is provided with 1 short wave U.V. tube enveloped with a precision optical filter, which emits mostly short wave U.V of mercury line 254 nm with high efficiency & a low-pressure mercury discharge tube with black woods glass envelop & a special phosphor coating inside the envelope to produce pre-dominantly long U.V. Output 365 nm with high efficiency. A fluorescence tube is provided for visible light. An eye-protective glass window is provided on the top front for viewing the samples & inside the chamber.
